Fruit Juice Sodas

Though here in America our choice of fruit sodas is limited to lemon-lime, orange, and grape, in Europe they make sodas in every fruit flavor. Though these are made with flavorings and a sugar syrup, you can make any flavor fruit soda you want, simply by mixing fruit juice with carbonated water. Be creative! Use a single juice or mix several together for fruit punch. Add more flavors with various teas. You can use any ratio, depending on how sweet and fruity you want it or how much you want to reduce calories and carbs. I myself use just a small amount of juice in a big glass of water--just enough juice for flavor. It's best to use fresh juice, as bottled juices are cooked, concentrating the sugars.
